Technology helps Sterling Machinery Exchange improve customer experience





August 2009 - Sterling Machinery Exchange carries more than 2,000 new and used metalworking machines, which are available for inspection in person or through a live Internet Web cam. With the latter, customers can observe real-time equipment demonstrations over the Internet. Additionally, the company has a machine tool video Web site, www.machinerytube.com, and it teamed up with the Discovery Channel for the new show "Doing Da Vinci."
